I know the real plane doesn’t have carpeting in the cockpit, but I saw a roll of remnants that I though would look good.  It does.  I built the base in five sections for ease of transport and to get it in place easier.  Each section is individually carpeted.

The seat runners aren’t working as well as I would hope.  I’m going to bite the bullet and buy J-rails.

I haven’t put the plates around the yoke bases yet as I need to get in there to replace my pots with hall sensors as soon as they arrive.
